Matthew 22:36-40 (NKJV) “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. It is sometimes shocking to see how much this subject causes division within the body of Christ. Tithing is a biblical principle that many Christians have a hard time accepting because it tests not only our generosity but also our faith. This post will attempt to shed some light on what the Bible has to say about tithing, and why it is still relevant in the life of today's Christian.
